Artistic creativity is deeply rooted in Madagascar’s history and cultural heritage. However, beginning artists often lack the resources to explore visual arts or other forms of artistic expression. The “La Colline” Social Arts Center works to help artists discover and nurture their talent, allowing them to fully express their potential.
